The restaurant was really nice for buffet breakfast, I tried APPETISING dishes. The location was quiet and I could use free parking on site. I randomly popped in Starbucks serving some pastries, located just a short walk away from the hotel, it was nice.

The units were modern and the staff were attentive people with excellent service and location;))

The room was huge and impeccably clean with many facilities such as washing machine & refrigerator and we truly enjoyed the stay. Particularly good location, the free parking was available. There was an excellent restaurant not too far away from the hotel. The outstanding service and the attention to detail!

location next to reasonable priced restaurants and several supermarkets, buses and most dubai attractions. a wide array of food options at walking distance from the venue. delicious and satisfactory breakfast with a wide array of baked buns, fruit and eggs.

My stay at Dunes Apartments Oud Metha was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The complimentary washing up liquid was a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this hotel.

I liked the room arrangement which was fairly spacious and comfortable. I was very delightful to find kitchen utensils of good quality available. It is really value for money. The staff were also very nice and helpful. The cleaners even would always smile and greet us.

However, I was not entirely satisfied with the cleanliness of the room,in particular the bathroom where I found a sticker left behind by the previous tenants and some corners in both the bathroom and the bedroom where not cleaned well. Also, the room makeup seemed like just a quicky one, with the bed covers being arranged in a not-so-tidy way. The breakfast should be enhanced. The cornflakes was of poor quality and tasted bad and the omellete and beans where over over cooked.
